Bay Photo offers a print quality guarantee as well as protection against orders arriving damaged or incomplete. If you have any problems with the order, contact us at [email protected]within 15 days of receiving the order and we will help you replace it. Note: Orders are not eligible for reprinting due to color issues IF the order is fulfilled correctly based on how the order was placed. If there is a color issue that is caused at the lab (and not an issue with the file itself) Bay Photo will issue a reprint at no additional charge.
